These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by HustleHug (“we,” “us,” “our”) and form a legal agreement between you (“client,” “you”) and the operator, Renata Tomanová.
By ordering any service or submitting a contact form through this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

HustleHug provides marketing consultancy services focused on written deliverables, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing Audits
  • Brand Messaging Reviews
  • Content & Strategy Alignment reports
  • Written Brand Strategy consultations

All services are provided remotely and in writing (via email). No in-person or phone consultations are included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Ordering Process

  1. You select a service or contact us through the form or email.
  2. After we receive your request, we confirm scope, price, and delivery timeline in writing.
  3. Work begins only after written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of payment.
  4. You will receive your written deliverable (usually in PDF format) by email within the agreed timeframe (typically 3–5 business days, depending on project complexity).

If you provide incomplete or incorrect information, delivery time may be extended accordingly.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are expressed in USD or EUR (unless otherwise stated).
  • The starting price is $200, but final cost depends on project scope and complexity.
  • Payment details and methods (bank transfer, PayPal, or other) are provided in the written offer.
  • Work starts only after full or partial payment is received, unless agreed otherwise.
  • An electronic invoice (in compliance with Czech accounting standards) will be issued after payment.

If payment is not received within the agreed period, HustleHug reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

4. Delivery and Format

All deliverables are provided digitally, in written form (PDF or text document), and sent via email to the address you provide.
No physical products are shipped.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload or external factors; in such cases, you will be notified promptly.

5. Revisions and Follow-up

Each service includes one free round of feedback or clarification, limited to adjustments within the original scope of the project.
Requests for major changes, rewrites, or new analyses outside the original brief will be considered a new order and priced separately.

6. Refund Policy

Because services consist of custom written work created specifically for each client, refunds are not provided once the analysis or report has been delivered.
If the work has not yet started, and the client cancels before delivery, a partial refund may be granted at HustleHug’s discretion (minus administrative or preparation costs).

7. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the service.
  • Respond to clarification emails in a timely manner.
  • Use the deliverables for lawful purposes only and not distribute them without permission.

HustleHug is not responsible for results based on incorrect or incomplete client input.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All written materials, reports, and documents produced by HustleHug remain the intellectual property of Renata Tomanová until full payment is received.
After payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverable for your internal business and marketing purposes.

You may not resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute any part of the work without written consent.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, materials, and business data shared with HustleHug are treated as strictly confidential.
No data or project details will be shared with third parties, except as required for legal or accounting obligations.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality even after project completion.

10. Limitation of Liability

HustleHug provides strategic and written recommendations based on analysis and expertise.
We cannot guarantee specific financial or marketing outcomes.
In no event shall HustleHug or Renata Tomanová be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any deliverable or service.

11. Personal Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Details about data collection, storage, and your rights are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably whenever possible.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court shall be the court of jurisdiction for the address of the business operator (Renata Tomanová, Strání-Květná, Czech Republic).

13. Changes to These Terms

HustleHug may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service changes or new legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on this website and replaces all previous versions.
